This sturdy green is in the bitter chicory family. Make a traditional Italian wedding soup, sautée with white beans, or toss is a rich homemade Caesar salad dressing for a delicious meal.

A nice bunch of 3 tender kohlrabit. Once peeled, kohlrabi are a sweet, juicy, and crunchy vegetable with a flavor and texture reminiscent of broccoli/broccoli stems. We love these in a slaw, fritters, or sliced for fresh eating.
